My Background:

I graduated with my BS in Teaching for the Speech and Hearing Handicapped at Ithaca College and earned my Masters in Communication Disorders at University of New Hampshire. I have worked as a speech-language pathologist for over 15 years and have had worked in a variety of settings, including public school, private special education schools, as well as in the clinical setting. Working within these environments has allowed me to gain experience working with children with from age 2 through 22 years with various disabilities and challenges including Autism, Apraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delays, Fluency Disorders, Swallowing Disorders, Down Syndrome, other genetic syndromes, along with ADHD, children with Sensory Processing Disorders, Selective Mutism and general social anxieties, nonverbal and language learning disabilities.

I have extensive experience working with the Social Thinking curriculum and am trained in other programs including the LiPS program, LAMP, SOS Approach to Feeding and the PROMPT method. I implement tools and strategies from the Zones of Regulation as well as the Interoception curriculum.

I live in southern NH with my husband. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, boating and spending time with friends and family.
